We’re Christopher and Lelai Smith - a husband-and-wife team, dreamers at heart, and the founders of Dream Grove. Our journey began with a passion for creativity and entrepreneurship, but life took an unexpected turn when we were faced with serious health challenges.
By embracing nutrient-rich foods, holistic wellness, and self-care, we experienced a transformation in our own lives. The healing we found inspired us to share this gift with others, because we believe that true success and fulfillment start with a strong foundation of health.
In the midst of those struggles, we discovered a simple but powerful truth: before we could fully chase our dreams, we needed to first care for our health.
