Sea Moss Gel
To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, orders ship twice per month, on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
Orders placed before a scheduled shipping date will be included in the upcoming shipment. Orders placed after a shipping date will ship on the next scheduled shipping date.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to follow its journey to you.
Merch
Once you place an order for merch, it usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill the order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Returns

Since our products are perishable, all sales are final. If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product at dreamgroveholistics@gmail.com.
Merch
For merchandise, refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at dreamgroveholistics@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
