Sea Moss Gel

We ship every Monday & Tuesday to ensure you receive the freshest products. Place your order by Thursday at 11:59pm to ensure it ships the following week. Orders received after the cut-off will be processed for the next shipment cycle.

Because our sea moss gel needs to be shipped and delivered within 1 - 3 days, we currently only sell it to customers within the United States of America.

Merch
Once you place an order for merch, it usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill the order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days​
Returns

Since our products are perishable, all sales are final. If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product at dreamgroveholistics@gmail.com.

Merch
For merchandise, refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at dreamgroveholistics@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
