I tried the berry sea moss gel and it was delicious. Not too sweet and I love the texture. I got it mainly for myself but I gave it to my husband as well. I noticed an increase in his level of alertness. He is 3 years post stroke, in a wheelchair and early stage dementia. I plan to make the sea moss gel a regular part of his daily routine based on those results.
